Internet Orders
You can place your order through this website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It
is fast, safe, simple, and convenient. You can enter a keyword or a catalog
part number in the search box or browse the online catalog on the left side of
the page. Simply select your item, click on "add to cart" for each product,
fill out the order form or answer the required questions, submit your request,
and print your receipt. We'll do the rest! Most in-stock orders ship within
24-48 hours. Shipping times may vary, please call or e-mail to check the status
or shipping times for a specific item. Expedited freight options are also available.

Mail Orders
You can also place your order via regular mail. Return our
printable order form in a standard #10 envelope. Please make sure any
enclosed checks or money orders are secure.

Payment Options
We accept most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express,
Discover), as well as money orders and personal checks. No C.O.D.s please.
Please call, mail, or FAX your order if you wish to pay by check or money
order.
Shipping
Standard Shipping and Handling
Most orders are shipped via ground and must be shipped to a street address. At
this time we cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Our standard shipping prices apply
to all items that show "Standard Shipping" on our website (see chart below).
Some products have a special shipping price listed. For these products, the
standard shipping price chart below does not apply. You may also view a
map that breaks down Ground Shipping for the continental U.S. All
confirmed regular stock orders received by 11 a.m. Pacific Time are shipped the
same day. Most in-stock orders ship within 24-48 hours. Shipping times may
vary, please call or e-mail to check the status or shipping times for a
specific item. Expedited freight options are also available. Please note: all
orders totaling $400 or more require the same billing and shipping address.
Customers are required to select the "Same as Billing" address when completing
the ordering process.
Depending on your Zip Code, an additional $2.40 may be charged for rural
outlying areas (or more for very isolated areas). To view a listing by zip code, please

For shipping to Alaska and Hawaii, $5.99 will be added to regular
shipping and handling charges. Orders will be shipped in 5-7 business days.
For shipping to the U.S. Territories (American Samoa, Federated States of
Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto
Rico, and U.S. Virgin Islands), $10.99 will be added to regular
shipping and handling charges. Orders will be shipped in 10-15 business days
using Parcel Post Surface Delivery.
For shipping to Canada $14.99 will be added to regular shipping and
handling charges. Shipping costs to Canada are subject to change, due to the
weight and/or size of your order. Orders will be shipped in 14-21 business
days. Additional shipping costs will be confirmed by email or phone prior to
processing your order. Duties and Taxes: There may be duties and taxes imposed
on your order that are not reflected in our prices. Check with your local
Customs office for those charges. In addition, some territories may charge an
additional handling fee for delivery within Canada.

Express Delivery
For an additional $15.99*, you can receive your in-stock order in two business
days. Please place your order by 2 p.m. Pacific Time. If you would like to
check the status of a particular item, please call 1-800-423-5525. Next-Day
delivery is also available for $29.99.
*This offer is available in the continental United States
only. The cost is $15.99 for two-day service, per 20 pounds, up to 80 pounds.
Weights and cost automatically calculated. This service is not available for
some oversized items or special order items.
International Delivery
For all foreign countries , please use the
following shipping rates when calculating your order. Please allow 14-21
business days for delivery of your order. If you have any questions, please

Orders over $300.00 going outside of North America may be required to send
verification of identity including a copy of a government issued identification
card and copies of both sides of the credit card being used for the order,
prior to any processing. This is for the buyer's protection from credit card

Retail Store Location
Are you in Southern California? Our unique on-site showroom is open to the
public Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, Saturday from 9 a.m.
to 4 p.m. PST and Sundays we are closed. Please contact our store for extended Holiday hours. You'll find thousands of items in stock, ranging from garage
items and cleaning products to apparel and tools. For those who live in our neck
of the woods, you can arrange to have your order placed on will call for pickup
at our showroom, which is located at 9525 DeSoto Avenue (at Plummer Street on

Exchange/Return Policy
At California Car Cover Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with
your order and ordering experience. If you find it necessary to exchange or
return an item, please follow the steps outlined below:
Car Covers:
If you have any questions or concerns about a car cover you have received,
please call customer service at 1-800-423-5525 Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
PST.
If you find it necessary to cancel a custom car cover order, please call
800.423.5525. If your order is not cancelled within 24 hours of placing
it, you are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Other Catalog Items:

Please fill out and include the exchange/return form located below or on the
back of your packing slip in the return package. Please keep a copy of both
sides of your packing slip for your records.

Return any new or unused product, including all hardware and printed matter, in
its original package within 90 days.

Be sure to send the package prepaid. All collect shipments will be refused.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We strongly recommend sending
merchandise via UPS Ground Service or U.S. Postal Service Insured.

Upon ordering an item via the web site, an email will be sent displaying the
order number, order date, billing address, shipping address, product
description, quantity, cost (including subtotal, tax, and shipping) and
shipping method. To track your order, please log in to our
order status page. You may gain access to your complete California Car
Cover order history, including the date your order was processed and the date
it shipped (or is expected to ship) by entering your email address or 10-digit
phone number and your last name (or password if your ordered by phone). If you
have any questions regarding your order that are not answered on the site,
